The descriptions and images of the Kachina I purchased were accurate and helpful, the payment process was simple and effortless, and I'd like to make a special note about the efforts of The UPS Store # 5432 who offered me a prompt and reasonable shipping quote, picked up, packaged an extremely delicate carved cottonwood kachina, and kept me informed throughout the process.
